Management Team

Koichi Ebisuya, Chairman

Koichi Ebisuya was appointed as Chairman in April 2024.He has a lot of experience and skill on management of business and subsidiary company over 15 years including 6 years in distribution business of electronic components. He is responsible for entire company management including business strategy, compliance and internal corporate governance. His background is political science and economics.

B.S Chakravarthy, Chief Executive Officer

B.S Chakravarthy was appointed as CEO of DTDS in August 2018 and serves on its Board of Directors since February 2002. A serial entrepreneur with a wide range of business experience, he has a proven history of managing within an environment that requires marketing, development and communications to improve performance, productivity and profits. Chakravarthy plays a key role in the day to day business management and implementation of approved strategy. Chakravarthy holds a Special Diploma in Electronics.

Shinya Araki , Vice President

Shinya Araki was appointed as Vice President in April 2024. He has 6years of experience in corporate accounting and tax. He  is responsible for mainly corporate governance such as Accounting, tax, IT system, Legal/Credit as well as supporting Chairman and CEO in business side. Araki holds master degree in engineering.

Michelle Ong, Chief Financial Officer

Michelle Ong joined DTDS as Chief Financial Officer in October 2016 and was appointed as Executive Director in August 2018. She brings to DTDS 20 years of experience in finance, business and corporate development. Prior to joining DTDS, she held senior positions in a few SGX-listed Groups.
Michelle is responsible for all corporate finance activities of DTDS and acts as a business partner to CEO, guiding and influencing decision making using financial context as an integral driver. She also oversees Human Resources, responsible for setting strategic directions and driving the overall regional HR function and policies for the Group. Michelle is a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a Chartered Accountant certified by Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
