Job Description:
Identified new design-in opportunities and influencing customer decision to secure design-wins for the electronics components line card the company represented
Proposal alternative solutions, develop solution to provide different design approaches
Conduct Technical product presentation, training and Demo
Provide technical support include EVB/SDK, hand on technical training to customers
Maintain good relationship with existing customers and suppliers technical teams
Work closely with sales and marketing, suppliers to provide technical support and resolve design issues from pre-sales stage till mass production
Address quality issues (FA) with customers and suppliers.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Diploma holders with relevant field of experience are welcome to apply
Good experience and working knowledge in electronics system. Prefer in the following areas
embedded system
power management
AC/DC,DC/DC, Inverter
power devices
RF, wireless communication
Passion in following up project and eventually winning the project
Good Communication, presentation and follow up skill
Post graduate with good technical knowledge in the above areas are welcome
Able to travel up to 30% to countries of our presence
Job Title: Product Manager Department : Marketing No. of Position: 1 Location : Bangalore - India
Job Responsibilities:
Experience of managing Wireless Module product lines within a customer, manufacturer, Market knowledge on Zigbee, RF, Bluetooth , Wifi etc
Telecom customer market knowledge, Telecom product exposure can be added advantage
Demonstrate a knowledge of market forces & conditions and how we support customers to fulfil their needs, by utilizing best practice marketing, commercial & negotiation skills.
Understanding of the principles of electronic design and application would be preferred.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and colleagues and offer the highest levels of service and support.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple activities effectively.
Confident, decisive, pragmatic and flexible.
Communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).
Good computer skills (MS Office, ERP-systems, SAP knowledge preferred).
Requirements:
3-5 years of total experience in sales, management, marketing, operations, or a related field required.
Experience in product management for electronics /semiconductor domain
End to End experience in managing and promoting high technology products
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA or a related field
Ability to diplomatically influence others outside of direct reporting authority
